ledgr.one

Quiet back office support for a small number of long-term contacts.

Services

ledgr.one provides simple, low-profile support around administrative and organisational back office tasks for a few existing business relationships.

Typical activities may include keeping basic overviews up to date, preparing documents according to given instructions, and coordinating recurring internal routines. The scope is agreed individually and remains deliberately narrow.

ledgr.one does not offer standardised online products, self-service tools or on-demand software access. There is no public sign-up, and capacities are intentionally limited.

Plugins

A small set of WordPress plugins we maintain in-house for the sites we look after. They are published here so the installs we support can pull updates automatically — all plugins ship with a self-hosted update channel that points to this domain.

Install by downloading the zip and uploading it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in WordPress. Updates are delivered through the standard WordPress update flow once installed.

Loading plugin list…

Because these plugins run on the installs we look after, every release is read end-to-end before it ships — capability and nonce checks on every entry point, prepared SQL, filesystem writes scoped to the plugin's own directories, and no outbound calls beyond the self-hosted update channel. It is the same review we would want on code running in our own back office.

About ledgr.one

New requests are usually handled only if they originate from direct recommendations or existing professional connections and if they fit into the current schedule.

Email: mail@ledgr.one

2. Access to the website

When you access this website, the web server automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. The following data may be processed:

This data is processed to ensure the technical operation and stability of the website and to detect and remedy faults. The data in log files is usually stored only for a limited period and then deleted, unless a longer storage is required in individual cases (e.g. to clarify security incidents).

3. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (such as name, e-mail address and the content of your message) will be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. The data is stored for as long as it is necessary to process your request and in accordance with statutory retention periods.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website is currently operated without the use of analytics tools or marketing tracking services. No non-essential cookies are set that would require prior consent.

5. Plugin update checks

The plugins distributed from this website include a self-hosted update mechanism. When a WordPress installation on which one of our plugins is active checks for updates, it requests a metadata file (info.json) from this server. The following data may be processed as part of these requests:

This data is processed solely to deliver the requested update information and the associated plugin archive, and to maintain the technical operation and security of the distribution service. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in providing a reliable update channel for the plugins we maintain. No update-related tracking cookies are set, and the data is not used for profiling, analytics, or any marketing purpose. Entries in the server log files are retained only for a limited period and are then deleted, unless longer storage is required in an individual case (e.g. to investigate a security incident).

6. Recipients of data

For the provision of this website, we may use external technical service providers (for example hosting providers) who act as processors and are contractually obliged to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Data transfer to countries outside your jurisdiction

If, in individual cases, service providers in countries outside your jurisdiction are used, appropriate safeguards will be implemented to ensure an adequate level of data protection, where required by law.

8. Storage period

Unless otherwise stated, personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. After expiry of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with legal requirements.

9. Your rights

Depending on the applicable legal framework, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise your rights, you can contact us using the contact details provided above.

10. Changes to this privacy notice

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time in order to reflect changes to this website or to applicable legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.

Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of this website and to the plugins offered for download here. By accessing the website or downloading any plugin, you agree to these terms.

1. Website content

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only. We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time without prior notice.

2. Plugin downloads and licence

The WordPress plugins made available on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPLv2) or, at your option, any later version. The full licence text is included with each plugin and takes precedence over any conflicting statement on this website.

The plugins are offered as supporting tools we maintain primarily for our own use and for the sites we look after. They are provided for anyone who finds them useful, on a best-effort basis. There is no obligation for us to provide support, respond to requests, or continue distribution of any particular plugin.

3. No warranty

All plugins and any other materials offered for download on this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You install and run the plugins at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or any plugin obtained from it - including, without limitation, data loss, service interruption, or damage to any WordPress installation or its data. Mandatory statutory liability (for example, for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or under applicable product liability law) remains unaffected.

5. Update service

The plugins offered on this website include a self-hosted update mechanism which retrieves metadata and archives from this server. We aim to keep this update service available and the published metadata accurate, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. The update service may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time, in particular where a plugin is retired from distribution.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or the update service in a way that disrupts its operation, circumvents its access restrictions, places an unreasonable load on the server, or violates applicable law. Automated or scripted access is permitted only where it is reasonable - for example, the regular update checks performed by a WordPress installation on which one of our plugins is active.

7. Third-party components

The plugins may include third-party open-source components that are distributed under their own licences. The respective licence texts and notices are included with each plugin and continue to apply to those components.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the user is a consumer with habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. As far as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Cologne, Germany.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time in order to reflect changes to this website, to the plugins offered, or to applicable legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
